User Agreement

This User Agreement (including distance-sales terms) covers the electronic sale of the Shield subscription. The contract is formed when payment is approved. Shield is under continuous development and does not promise results.

1. Parties

Seller / provider: TOK Dijital — Istanbul / Turkey — info@shield.tokdijital.com — https://shield.tokdijital.com

Buyer / user: the person or company that registers and purchases a paid plan.

2. Subject

The subject is a time-limited licence to use Shield software (SaaS). There is no physical shipment. Performance starts when panel access and tracking credentials are opened electronically.

3. What the product does

Shield is a panel used to monitor Google Ads clicks and to log or limit traffic that looks risky. In short it can:

• Collect click and session signals via a tracking code
• Score clicks using filters and rules
• Attempt IP blocks on the site and, if linked, Google Ads exclusions
• Provide reports and plan-based extras

It does not manage your campaigns, set bids, obtain Google refunds for you, or promise sales or conversions.

4. Core characteristics

• Panel account and tracking key
• Click logs, risk scoring, IP blocking (depending on plan and settings)
• Optional Google Ads OAuth and IP sync
• Plan limits shown on the pricing page (and subject to update)
• Use during the paid subscription period — no transfer of ownership

5. Development

Shield is in ongoing development. Bug fixes, new versions and rule changes are normal. An update is not incomplete delivery.

6. Price and payment

Current prices are on the pricing and checkout screens. Charges are in USD via Polar. FX, tax, and processor fees follow Polar / applicable law.

Paid access is not opened until payment is approved. The plan fee shown at checkout is charged to your saved payment method.

7. Formation and performance

The contract is formed on registration and payment approval. Installing the tracking code on your site is your obligation, not a separate delivery by us.

8. Auto-renewal

The subscription renews automatically each period. You may turn auto-renew off on Account; access continues until the current period ends and the next period will not renew. Canceling via the Polar portal or “Manage subscription” email locks access immediately and deletes Shield data. Forgetting to turn it off is not, by itself, a refund ground. See Cancel & Refund.

9. Withdrawal and refunds

This is digital content / a subscription performed electronically. After performance starts, fees are generally non-refundable. Lack of expected results is not a refund ground.

10. Buyer statements

You confirm you are authorized to link the site and Google Ads account, that you grant Google permissions knowingly, and that you have read that Shield does not guarantee results.

11. Liability

Except where the law requires otherwise, we are not liable for ad spend, lost profit, or third-party outages. The service is provided “as is.” Mandatory consumer rights are reserved.

12. Disputes

Turkish law applies. Istanbul courts / consumer bodies have jurisdiction where applicable.
