Delivery Policy

Shield is not a physical product. There is no shipping. Delivery means opening panel and tracking access electronically. Ongoing software updates are not a second shipment.

1. No shipping

Shield is SaaS. We do not ship boxes, devices, or printed materials.

2. What digital delivery means

After payment approval, the service is delivered by enabling panel access. You copy the tracking code from the panel; installing it on your site is your task. Not installing the code does not mean we failed to deliver.

3. Timing

Access usually opens shortly after a successful payment. Payment-provider delays can add minutes. If it does not open, write to info@shield.tokdijital.com or the contact form.

4. Updates

The product is under development. Panel updates during the subscription are not a separate delivery event.
